Consultation and Treatment Services

Referrals received by the Center are responded to by an assessment process comprised of several meetings (up to 4). At the conclusion of this process, recommendations and various directions are offered to those requesting treatment regarding the case and their request.  In some cases, based on this initial process, a series of treatment sessions (up to 16) are offered. The sessions are directed by focused treatment, aiming at assisting the seeker to answer to a specific point at the basis of his appeal.

 

Treatments and services provided by the Center are charged with a small fee per session or are otherwise free of charge. A decision in this matter is made on the basis of each case during the preliminary assessment period. (Payment varies from NIS 0 - 70 per session, as agreed upon in each case.)

 

Training of Clinical Practitioners in work within Lacanian Psychoanalytic Orientation 

 

Much like other CPCT’s worldwide, “Little Hans” acts to train clinical practitioners in work within psychoanalytic orientation.

In accordance with this, “Little Hans” opens its doors to practitioners from the clinical field who speak Arabic and Hebrew, interested in contributing experience and study in applied psychoanalytic practice to their training.
